Yes! Little Devil loves designing logos, but never à la carte--only when included as part of a cohesive visual identity system. A core system includes: discovery/research, logo, companion symbol, color palette, and fonts.

Websites, print collateral, signage, and social graphics are also commonly created during the same time so there is better consistancy across all touchpoints. These projects can take from two months to one year, depending on the amount of solutions required.

Screen printing is a much more hands-on, craftsman-style approach to printing. Each print becomes a work of art in its own right. Which is why they retain value for collectors, and why we love making them. They're the perfect balance between art and design.

Because these posters are printed by hand, on rare occasions there can be slight variations in color registration in the final product. Custom screenprinted posters are only possible when you purchase a minimum of 100 posters at the wholesale rate. This is because the process of screen printing is a more laborious and craftsman-style approach to printing, so it's not cost effective to print in single or small runs. Not to mention the investment in an original illustration or design. This is a big reason why screenprinted posters retain their value over digital prints. When you see one, you know a lot of time, thought, labor, and love went into making it.

Specs:
Size: typically 18” x 24” or smaller
Paper: French Paper Co. 100 lb. uncoated cardstock; paper color determined by design and ink colors

Timeframe:
6-8 weeks: 2-4 weeks for research, concepts, approvals, final art; 2-4 weeks for printing, drying, trimming, numbering, packing/shipping

To begin, I collaborate with client and perform extensive research to determine best visual direction. I then create loose sketches and choose best 2-3 compositions for client review. All concepts and final work are shown through a private web page within the Little Devil website, for easy viewing and proofing.

Once layout is confirmed and refined sketches are made, color choices are tested and shown for final approval. Once final art is approved, color-separated films are printed then burned into individual mesh screens for printing. Typically one color is printed per day to allow posters to fully dry before applying another color.

After printing and drying, posters are trimmed to size, hand numbered, packed, and shipped in the same sturdy packaging the paper arrived to us from the paper mill.

Little Devil retains copyright of all original artwork, and only allows the art for the disc golf course travel poster series to be on the poster, as that’s part of what makes them special and retain their value. Once it’s on a coffee mug, it suddenly becomes less special.

We take great pride in our work and only ship quality products. Therefore, all sales are final. If a product is damaged during shipping, we will help to resolve the issue with the shipping company.

Posters are shipped in heavy-duty cardboard tubes with secure plastic caps, then double sealed with shiping tape. Postcards and stickers are mailed in rigid mailer envelopes.

All purchases are mailed out on average, twice per week via USPS Ground Advantage from the main post office in Madison, Wisconsin. Once in USPS's hands, shipping typically takes 3-7 days anywhere in the lower 48.

Yes. When you checkout, you provide an email address that is used to notify you of the shipping progress.

Since we take great care in the materials we use for shipping, the only damage that could arise would be caused by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Therefore, every product Little Devil ships, has a minimum of $100 USPS insurance if damaged or lost while in transit. Insurance value is also increased depending on the value of the shipment.

If you find your package has been damaged during shipping, please contact us with photos, dates, and any other info you can provide that may help when submitting a claim with USPS.
